Chimichurri

4 oz        Oregano, minced

4 oz,       Parsley, minced

2 oz,       Chives, minced

4 oz,       Garlic, minced

1 C          Olive oil

1 t           Red Chili Flakes

1 ea       Lemon, juiced

½ C         Red Wine Vinegar

TT           Salt and Pepper

Combine together and server with any grilled protein.  Pairs well with beef and pork.
